Now the handrails are fitted, there are only a few cosmetic items to be completed to the ramp before the builder leaves Epping Methodist Church.
The Senior Steward, Shirley Hannant, says: "The builder has done a great job and we have had many comments of approval from passers by. The next thing we have got to do is get people across the threshold."
The work should be concluded by mid-July.
