DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) — Criminal Records Checks

For Methodist Churches and United Reformed Churches, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks are undertaken on our behalf by Due Diligence Checking (DDC), using an online system.
N.B: Anglican members should contact their local Church Safeguarding Officer.

Michael Beccato-Fischer is the Lead DDC Requester and Document Checker for HAEBEA.

Requesting a DBS check

To start the process Michael will need the following details for each applicant:

  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • email address
  • Telephone number
  • Church they attend and the role(s) they have at the Church.

These should be sent to Michael via email to: haebeaoffice@gmail.com
