A Service Of Light & Darkness

Home » News » A Service Of Light & Darkness

We offer you this simple service of readings and prayer for use at home on Good Friday Evening to reflect on the Matthew's account of Jesus' passion.

  • You might use it alone or with other people who live with you.
  • The service includes responses but if you are alone you can say it all yourself.
  • With more people you can share out the readings and prayers.
  • You could also listen to suitable music between extinguishing a candle and reading the next reading. Above all ... take your time and do not rush.
